Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner and our washer and dryer is conveniently located in the house, making laundry a breeze! Outside: Our backyard is large, fully fenced, and great for your pets to get some fresh air. We have a bbq grill and a small sitting area to enjoy on those warm sunny days. Street Parking is right outside of our home. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
