Seneca Club is a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome dogs and cats, up to 2 pets per apartment. For dogs, the combined adult weight of up to two dogs must not exceed 150 lbs. There are no breed restrictions. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit, and $25 monthly pet rent, per pet. We also allow up to two small pets that live in a cage, bowl, or tank.
