Pet Friendly Community
The Reserve at Fountainview is a pet-friendly apartment community in Saint Charles, Missouri. Our apartments believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, plus an additional $50.00 per month in pet rent, per pet. Picture and vet certificate required prior to approval. Breed restrictions do apply. No exotic pets are allowed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours. Pet(s) No dogs of aggressive breeds, or mixed breeds that have aggressive traits, will be allowed, including but not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, German Shepherds, Chows, Akita’s, Dobermans, and Mastiff’s. No exotic pets such as snakes, iguanas, ferrets or any animal other than domestic pets (dogs, cats, guinea pig, hamster, canary, finch, parakeet, and cockatiel) shall be allowed. Resident shall provide veterinary record of breed of pet(s).
