The bedroom and personal bathroom will not be furnished. The apartment is half a block from the Morse Red Line stop (perfect for a Northwester or Loyola student) and steps away from all the great bars and restaurants of Rogers Park. In the summertime enjoy being 4 blocks from Loyola beach. It doesn't get better than this location! As for me, I am a clean and respectful roommate, and work regular business hours.
